Alchemyst Audio sends prayers for world health and wishes for swift recovery for those who are ill during the pandemic. While we must carry on with our personal and business lives, it's never been clearer that we are a global village and we are all affected by the trial and triumphs of world citizens no matter where our communities are.
Stay strong, be smart, be responsible and kind, seek moments of joy, savor moments of enlightenment, community, and enlightenment, and compassion. The pandemic casts a dark shadow, but within it and around it we become examples and avatars of light. This too shall pass.
Who We Are Alchemyst Audio is a digital record label dedicated to creating the music playing as the soundtrack to our moments, nights and the journey of our lives. Our artists are prolific composers and you'll find their releases across an expanse of genres, chill trap from Symphonica, electronic dance from Artifax, world music from Kronos, neo-classical and solo piano from Nocturne, ambient space from Thanaetos, smooth jazz from Blackmoon, new age music from Arctika, meditative and chill trance from Morphaeus, rhythm and blues from Soulsonic, country from South of Midnight, industrial gothic from Nosfaeratu, and the Rumba, Fuego, Zamba, and Habanera Latin world influences of Medianoche. There Is Music Here For Every Ear.
Music has always been with us from the surrounding and nurturing rhythm and beat of our Mothers hearts, to our own transformative vocals as fresh air is drawn into our lungs for the first time. Music has marked moments in memory, walked with us through time and achievements, through joy and blues throughout our lives.
Here at Alchemyst Audio, our Music Artists create audio tapestries, threaded layers of rhythm and sound, transforming moments, transporting us through song from a toe tap, a head nod to a beat, or a smile of quiet reflection, to a place where We Are One in Music.
Brief History Though we are now Alchemyst Audio, we began as Ronin Studios Media A&R in 1998 Chicago, as an ASCAP writing and publishing company, producing the electronic and instrumental artists Chaos Theory, Obsidian and Oversoul. Chaos Theory and Obisidian found a following among IUMA.com, Riffage.com, RollingStone.com, Kanoodle.com and MP3.com. Oversoul found that and more, charting in the UK on Peoplesound.com.
Ronin Studios producer and composer MKS enjoyed success creating the theme song the Philippe Matthews Talk Show, and contributed Oversoul to the soundtrack of Morpheus Productions movie Exhibit 7. There were also various placements from the corporate client PriceWaterHouseCoopers for executive multimedia presentations.
In early 2002 Ronin Studios moved its studio to Nevada, and a created the subdivision Scorpio Rising Records which signed and produced the artists;
